Introducing Our 2019/20 President – Carole Rothwell

On November 26th, 2019 the Cambridge Association of REALTORS® was proud to introduce Carole Rothwell as the 2019/20 President! Carole has worked within the real estate industry for over eleven years and has been a broker since 2016. Outside of real estate, she is the proud mother of two young men who serve as a constant reminder of the importance of home ownership for young people across our region. Carole is a proud member of REGO Realty and is passionate about helping people live their dream of home ownership. She is equally passionate about her position within CAOR and is looking forward to humbly serving our membership as President for the upcoming year. She has expressed that she is always open to listen and will assist whenever possible.

In her spare time, Carole enjoys spending her time travelling or outdoors and trying out different activities from hiking to cycling, and even taking part in the occasional football game.

Carole places great importance on professional standards and ethics and advocates the notion of REALTORS working with REALTORS towards the ultimate goal of happy clients. Over the next year, Carole has plans to work closely with CAOR staff to expand the membership and provide members with more educational seminars in order to keep our local REALTORS up-to-date with industry updates and technology.

“We have grown to an organization just shy of 500 members. This brings great joy to my heart considering the strength of our Association comes from our members. My vision is to cultivate and nourish the membership with the sharing of our individual strengths,” said Carole Rothwell during her speech at the 2019 CAOR Annual General Meeting.

Carole has plans to make her vision a reality through increased networking opportunities, engagement events like the annual CAOR golf tournament, NEC Educational Seminars, fundraisers, and community involvement.
